A total of 181 artists from 33 countries will take part, the auditions to select the participants of the seventh promotion of Opera (e)Studio. The first, of the three appointments, has taken place from 4 to 6 February at the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Bologna, where the artistic committee of Opera (e)Studio with its artistic director to the front, Giulio Zappa, audicionarán 95 artists.
In the call for this year -sponsored by the European Commission under the Creative Europe programme-the singers selected in the project led by Ópera de Tenerife, in partnership with the Teatro Comunale di Bologna and Tbilisi Opera and Ballet State Theatre will perform L’elisir d’amore de Donizetti. artists will be able to choose more than one role, distributed as follows: Adina and Gianetta, for sopranos; Nemorino, for tenors; Belcore, for baritones, and Bittersweet, for baritone or low.
